I really appreciated both yourself and Shaun's assistance with the purchase of the Road Glide and making the changeover of bikes as painless as possible.
From a sales perspective you both made my wife Lynne and I feel very welcome at the dealership and as a new customer I just wanted to let you know that you both provided a first class service. I find nowadays people are quick to make complaints but are often slow in coming forward when praise is due, so please accept my sincere thanks to you both.
Its also refreshing to find a dealership that also has good after sales service. Ian and Keith again have gone the extra mile to sort out the issue with the front end wobble, I felt reassured throughout and can honestly say I did not feel at any point the problem would not be resolved or that I would be fobbed off with some excuse as I know from experience some dealerships do,
Again, can you pass on my thanks to both, tell Keith there's a noticeable difference on the front end when turning or riding slow, feels a bit heavier on front end, however, once you are 10mph + the bike handles superb, job well done !

Within the last two weeks I have acquired the above machine from your dealership, which has subsequently been exported to my residence in Spain and has arrived safely in recent days.
That said, I felt it appropriate to document my appreciation and thanks for having given me back my belief that customer service does still exist and quite apparently is alive and kicking at Harleyworld Chesterfield.
I didn't in fact purchase the machine. Rather I was sold the bike by Sean Street over the telephone who truly deserves the title, Sales Specialist. Throughout the whole negotiating period, I felt totally at ease with Sean's persona and he certainly went the extra mile to put my mind at ease regarding the way in which your dealership conducts it's business. He is a credit to your organisation. I should also make mention of Emma Goddard, your Branch Administrator who has been tremendously supportive in ensuring the smooth passage of the motorbike to Spanish shores. Her telephone manner is exceptional. Please pass on my thanks to both Sean and Emma.
Having made initial contact with a number of Harley Davidson dealerships by email during my search for a suitable machine, I was to say the least disappointed with, in some cases, the total lack of response to my enquir y. Not the case with Harleyworld Chesterfield, A call was received from Sean with a couple of hours of receipt of my email and the sale was finalised to my complete satisfaction within a couple of days.
So well done and with many thanks from a happy biker in Javea on the Costa Blanca.

The bike is gorgeous, covered up with a blanket and sitting snuggly in the garage. We are going to be coming through to Harley World on Saturday - will you be there?. We want to get a battery charger and some good quality polish for the bike.
