I wanted to take the time to give some feedback as to how you are doing.
Just over 12 months ago we purchased a new Harley Davidson from Shane at your Harley dealership. Everything went fine the bike was delivered as agreed and no issues at all.
The Bike was recently due for service and the fact you would collect and return the bike despite the distance, decided to leave your people to do it.
Again we saw Steve who collected and returned the Bike, giving us confidence in the quality of service and care.
We decided to upgrade the Bike this year, and despite going to local dealers, after a conversation with Shane we found ourselves back in Chesterfield.
By comparison to the service we received in Birmingham the service your team provided was excellent, yet again we found Shane and the team gave us a great service, they listened to what we the customer wanted and ultimately we agreed another deal.
As promised the bike was delivered today, again the customer experience was good, Steve again taking the time to make sure we were happy.
So while frustrating we can’t get the same level of service in Birmingham, credit to your people for delivering a great service... yet again.
